STORE HOURS: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 10-6, Thursday 10-7, & Saturday 10-5. Closed Sundays.
SHIPPING: All orders are shipped out within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday) of payment being received. In store pickup is available & all other orders will ship for free within the United States! This is brand new & cannot be applied to previous orders.
RETURNS: We want our customers to be happy with their items so if an item doesn't work for you you will have 14 days from the day you ordered to return for store credit. We do not pay for return labels but you an easily do that at usps.com. This only excludes sale items & shoes. Sale & clearance items that are 40% off or more are FINAL SALE & shoes can only be exchanged if brought into the store. Only full price items and brand new items can be returned. LOCATIONS: We now have consolidated into 1 larger location in the Kansas City area. Our newest location moved just a mile down the road to 11248 W. 135th St. Overland Park, KS 66221. If it is outside of these hours you can contact the Olathe store during their store hours.
